Braeden Sy Tan — New Zealand — last touched Oct 2026

Duck games, worship games, Video games, whatever is fun to build.

I'm Braeden — DuckyBoi-XD on GitHub, a growing pile of public repos and counting. I like making known games to practice and learn more about coding — rebuilding them my own way, usually duck themed.

Three I'm not embarrassed by

Everything else lives on GitHub — see all repos (count updates itself).

DuckyBoi-XD/Worshipd

01. Worshipd

My newest. A guessing game for Christian contemporary music. I play drums and kept blanking on song names, so I built this. Still adding songs when I remember them.

HTML / CSS / JS — status: adding songs

DuckyBoi-XD/Ride-The-Duck-v2

02. Ride-The-Duck-v2

Ride the Bus, rewritten. V1 got messy, so I started over in pygame. This is the version I'd actually show someone.

Python + pygame — status: the good rewrite

DuckyBoi-XD/Duck-Stratagem

03. Duck-Stratagem

Helldivers Stratagem Hero in the terminal. No graphics, just arrows and panic. Harder than it should be.

Python CLI — status: playable, still hard

The rest, in no particular order

  • HackPad — DuckyBoi Pad 8K2R v1. My HackClub macropad.
  • BlackDuck-v2 — blackjack in pygame. V2 looks better than it plays.
  • Python-GambleRoom — a pile of little games in one pygame window. My testing ground.
  • Guess-the-Duck — guess every card. Small CLI thing.
  • Ride-The-Duck — the original before v2. Kept up for history.
  • BlackDuck-Python — the first blackjack attempt. Rough around the edges.

02 — about

A bit about me

I'm Braeden Sy Tan (DuckyBoi-XD) from New Zealand. I like coding gambling games because they're simple and everyone already knows the rules — I just add ducks to give them some personality. I'm a Christian and I want to share that through what I build. I'm a musician too — drums mostly, guitar on the side.

This page is my apex domain — duckyccm.me with nothing in front of it. I use it as a front door. If something here is broken or half-finished, it probably means I shipped it late at night.

Say hi

Easiest way to reach me is GitHub. Open an issue on any repo — I actually read them.
